Diversity and inclusion are critical team characteristics that I work to implement when possible. I continue to study and focus on creating an inclusive environment where ever I go. I have an interest in fighting payment fraud and optimizing payment systems for a better customer experience. I love learning about people and the best ways to develop them into leaders. I try to put smiles on people's faces with my cheesy jokes and attempts at impressions. I enjoy working in fast-paced environments and taking on multiple challenges. Creating processes and organizing teams are two of my super powers! I am dedicated to and passionate about providing amazing customer service. My work experiences have given me the well-rounded training of supporting clients’ needs and maintaining happy customer relationships.
