About Marcin Gora

I am a Project & Program Management practitioner with over 18 years of experience implementing ERP systems and leading international programs with distributed teams. My main focus is managing organizational transformations and knowledge transfer—I believe that tailored, hybrid approaches, rather than one-size-fits-all frameworks, are key to ensuring project success. In my largest program to date, I oversaw 40 parallel projects led by 12 project managers. Working remotely for the past eight years, I’ve continually refined methods for building and motivating teams across different time zones and cultures. Currently, I am finalizing my PhD research on knowledge transfer between project stages and the development of hybrid project management methodologies. My goal is to provide organizations with practical tools to create their own “blend” of project management methods—tools that reflect each company’s unique culture and operational context. I speak at both business and academic conferences, combining hands-on experience with an academic lens. As a mentor, I support managers and project teams in mastering the skills needed for dynamic, global business environments.
