Background

About Marcin Kuczkowski

For the last 19 years, I have dedicated myself to understanding every aspect of employing workers, from recruitment and selection to hiring, communication, planning, and rewarding. My passion for human resources has driven me to start my own company, where I help my business partners achieve their goals by maximizing fulfillment rates, decreasing employee turnover, and focusing on their primary job. Throughout my career, I have worked for some of the largest and most professional companies, including Randstad, GiGroup (Work Service), and EWL Group. I have collaborated with hundreds of customers and delivered thousands of quality workers. From my experience as an Account Specialist to a CAO, I have learned the importance of patience, teamwork, and hard work. I firmly believe in Jack Ma's philosophy, which emphasizes being the first to take on challenges and overcome difficulties rather than trying to be the best. I always try new things and never give up on my goals. Everyone is unique, and being yourself is the key to success. As someone passionate about human resources and sales, I would love to work with you. If you have any questions or want to discuss a possible collaboration, please contact me. Together, we can achieve great things.
