About Marcin Maj

I'm a customer care associate at Symphony Talent. Not exactly sure why because I don't deal with lot of customers. I have 11 years with the company seeing it from a mom and pop shop to multiple buy outs. I started out building Skillcheck tests. Then moved on to testing them, and finally taking them throught quality assurance process. I'm now in a completely different part of the company working with HRLogix. I'm a go between the Client Managers and Engineering team. Making sure the requested changed are completed quickly and correctly. When not working I spend too much time doing Brazilian Jui-Jitsu. I train at least three times a week as well as teach the kids classes. The rest of my time is occupied by me dog, who happens to look like a cow and behaves like a cat. I enjoy learning and growing which is why I keep taking on new roles in the company. My goal is to continue building my skillset and be a more important asset to any company.
