Over 10 years of experience in automotive company. Professional path from a production floor worker through designing of product, managing local and international projects to managing R&D Laboratory department. Experience with product containing variuos materials: thermoplastic, elastomers, metals, nonwovens, celulose, PU foam. Knowledge about processing of the mentioned materials and assembly of parts. Searching for new technological and product solutions for the company. Cooperation with all company departments - design, manufacturing, quality, production floor and warehouse, maintenance and tool shop, purchasing, financial, IT, high management. Cooperation with customers - technical and quality aspects, organizing international bussines trips and call conferences, preparation of technical presentations. I am driven by the desire to acquire new skills and openness to new challenges.
