I am an ambitious and results-driven Assembly Manager with 10+ years’ invaluable experience of supervising teams in technical environments. I successfully manage daily operations of a production line and hold a record of streamlining operations and implementing more efficient processes. With a combination of team leadership experience, technical knowledge and a HNC equivalent in Electronic Engineering, I am able to drive delivery of quality output with high levels of efficiency. I have achieved measurable results by maximising a wealth of manufacturing and production experience plus knowledge of SMT processes, production planning, lean manufacturing, 5S and six sigma methodologies. My key results- Implementation of a new method to process products faster, attaining a 300% increase in productivity while reducing quality issues to <200PPM - Improved the customer experience and levels of repeat business by establishing enhancements to SMT processes and overseeing lead-free processing trials to achieve seamless handover I am dedicated to developing my skills and expertise further within the manufacturing industry.
