Since 2021, as the General Manager at JohnCube, I've been instrumental in shaping the company's trajectory by spearheading the development of its vision, strategic direction, and product portfolio. In this role, my responsibilities encompassed overseeing daily operations, ensuring the execution of business plans and objectives, and providing leadership and guidance to a dispersed and remote team. Highlights of my tenure include- Successfully launching four innovative startup products, currently in the seed phase, which underscores my adeptness in executing product development strategies- Driving remarkable revenue growth, with company revenue increasing approximately 20x over a span of 3 years, achieved through strategic initiatives and effective resource management. Prior to my current role, I spent several years at Tenneco, where I held key positions that allowed me to hone my leadership and operational skills at Tenneco. As the Director of Operations in 2018, I- Ensured the safe and efficient daily operations of the facility, while also optimizing operational processes to meet production goals within budget constraints- Oversaw substantial team growth from 250 to 800+ members, demonstrating effective leadership and team management skills- Maintained operational continuity and resilience during challenging times, including the COVID-19 pandemic, ensuring uninterrupted operations. In 2016, as the Senior Manager Continuous Improvement, EMEA, I led Continuous Improvement teams across the EMEA region, driving operational excellence and efficiency through the adoption of innovative technologies and continuous improvement methodologies. Managed hands-on shop floor projects, such as the deployment of Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and Automated Guided Vehicle (AGV) integration, resulting in significant improvements. Additionally, in 2013, I served as a Master Black Belt DfSS & Six Sigma, Global, where I was a member of the Global Process Excellence Team and led critical, high-impact cross-organization and cross-regional projects.
