About Marcin Regorowicz

I am an attorney-at-law (12+ years’ experience) and co-founder of N77 LEGAL (IT/AI law, new technologies, Legal Operations) and N77 WORKS (technology consulting for Legal & Compliance teams). I help Polish and international companies implement and operate technology in a safe and compliant way – bringing together law, technology and a business-driven approach. Specialties: intellectual property law, IT and new technologies, the legal aspects of artificial intelligence, and cybersecurity. I run end-to-end projects: from legal frameworks and contracts, through compliance and risk management, to stabilization and further development. For over 12 years I have advised leading Polish and international organizations. I manage the delivery of legal projects and services, lead teams, and support business development. I handle projects across the full spectrum of business models and technologies, with a particular focus on AI and low-code/no-code systems. I gained my experience at leading Polish and international law firms and consulting companies. I deliver trainings and speak at industry conferences. I lecture within the training programme for trainee attorneys-at-law at the Warsaw Bar Association (OIRP Warsaw), as well as on postgraduate programmes at leading Polish universities. I regularly publish on AI law, new technologies and IT. I am a member of the Working Group on Artificial Intelligence at the Ministry of Digital Affairs (GRAI), the LegalTech Committee at OIRP Warsaw, and the New Technologies Law Association. I have been repeatedly recommended – individually and as part of a team - in leading legal rankings (The Legal 500, Chambers & Partners, Rzeczpospolita).
