As the Head of AI in the COMRADE project, I manage an interdisciplinary team of programmers and medical specialists, driving the creation of innovative AI tools that enhance colorectal cancer screening efficiency and accuracy. AI in Diagnostic Imaging: Extensive experience with deep learning models for classification, object detection, and segmentation using TensorFlow/Keras, and PyTorch frameworks. Model Optimization: Advanced skills in optimizing machine learning models using tools such as Optuna. MLOps and deployment: Proficient in MLOps practices, including versioning, monitoring, and deployment using tools like ClearML. Linux and Virtualization: Proficiency in Linux environments and virtual machine management with Proxmox.
