I am a seasoned Manager with over 8 years of professional experience in Project Management, specializing in Digital Banking, Fintech, and Payments. My diverse consulting and banking background encompasses PMO and Program Management, Post Merger Integration, ETL, Core Banking, Payments, IT System Implementation, and Data Analysis. Throughout my career, I have successfully led technology and business projects, leveraging my comprehensive knowledge of digital banking, fintech solutions, and payment schemes. I have a proven track record of delivering complex projects for major market players in the European and Middle East markets, working within international and multi-cultural environments. In my daily work, I seamlessly integrate the latest technologies and innovations with business strategies. I collaborate closely with senior management (including C-level executives), IT teams, vendors, business analysts, developers, and testers to ensure the delivery of high-value solutions. I am certified in Project Management methodologies, including Agile PM, Prince2, and SAFe, and have extensive experience with the Scrum framework.
