About Marcin Zaborowski

For many years, I have applied my experience to various projects and collaborated with renowned companies such as PwC, Porsche Inter Auto, Cichy-Zasada Group, Volkswagen Group Polska, Volvo Car Polska or UNHCR Poland. Throughout my private and professional journey, I have found fulfillment on many levels - as a father, husband, friend, traveler, product manager, implementation and delivery manager, and even as a contributing photographer for National Geographic Polska. These activities and experiences have shaped me, enabling me to execute complex projects in diverse environments and cultures. Over the past 15 years, I have had the privilege of leading and working with the best project engineers on ERP systems in the Polish automotive market. Together, we have accomplished significant projects, including 800 implementations and complex technical consolidations of IT systems for the largest dealer groups in the country. I was responsible for the implementation team and their work, creating quality standards, optimizing processes, building new tools such as BI reporting, and managing cross-functional projects across the organization. I always look for ways to enhance customer experiences, both internal and external. Currently, in my role as Chief Growth Officer, I am building a new delivery team for cross-functional projects and standards within the organization. I am also responsible for all sales and marketing teams. These teams provide me with great operational support in implementing the company's growth strategy, for which I am accountable.
