Accomplishments Successfully created a treatment plan that facilitated the patient with relief for the first time in decades for a resident with severe TRD with comorbid D/Xs of GAD, and borderline personality d/o who had been treated for decades with psychiatric care across the nation. This resident had been on every combination of medication, had gone through DBT, CBT, 30+ ECTs, been hospitalized 15+ times, and had been treated by very accomplished doctors without relief under Dr. Yohanna, Acting Chair of Psychiatry and Behavioral Neuroscience at the University of Chicago, Medical Director of Abbott House Defined a treatment plan for a resident diagnosed with paranoid schizophrenia who had not had relief since admission to Abbott House with continued relief to this day.
