About Marco Amitrano

Marco is PwC UK’s Managing Partner responsible for all Client and Market facing activities, covering all Lines of Service, Industries, Regions and Platforms. He is also the Global Lead Partner for two of PwC’s major priority clients in the Technology industry sector. He has over 30 years’ of international experience in Advisory and Assurance services at PwC. His previous leadership roles include Head of Consulting for EMEA and the UK, and Global and UK Head of the Risk Assurance Services business. During his career to date he has worked with a number of major global clients across a range of industries, most prominently in the Technology, Engineering and Consumer Products sectors, as well as spending time in Transaction Services and Business Recovery Services. In this respect he has advised on and led the delivery of several complex projects and longer term transformation programmes across a broad agenda, from process improvement and controls implementation to more strategic, M&A driven and tech-enabled business model change. Marco is a fully accredited Chartered Management Consultant, as well as a Chartered Accountant with the ICAEW. He has also served on the board of British American Business. He qualified with a Masters degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering at the University of Newcastle-upon Tyne and is a graduate of Columbia Business School in New York City.
