About Marco Bacci

Due to a multidisciplinary education and diverse working contexts, I have developed analytical and synthetic skills to comply with different problems and perspectives, the ability to be flexible and learn fast, and a versatile and transverse know-how. In the last ten years, I have participated in different projects, and have gained the ability to work independently or with others thanks to strong organizational and communication skills. I am used to accounting for all details, to holding meetings, and to leading or listening to guidelines. I am keen on learning and helping colleagues by an attentive, focused, and dynamic attitude. Ambitious goals, technology, progress and innovation are always central to me, and I strive to handle complexity, and to minimize psychological inertia.
