Since the year I have been mainly involved in technical documentation I have good knowledge of CAD and parametric systems as well as the Adobe and Office packages for documentary purposes From 2011 onwards I have been working first on the creation of a flow and, in the long run-up, the management and training of a team of people, collating between the Sales/After Sales and the technical documentation area. With focus: customer satisfaction in issues of: timing, costs and quality of technical documentation, planning, managing and monitoring the various activities based on cross-cutting requests that the team, for which July 2020 has been responsible, must avoid for all companies of the company for which work and their clients. Dall'anno mi occupo prevalentemente di Documentazione Tecninca Ho ottime conoscenze dei sistemi CAD e parametrici oltre che dei pacchetti Adobe ed Office a fini documentativi Dal 2011 ad oggi mi sono occupato dapprima della creazione di un flusso e,successivamente, della gestione, oltre che della formazione, di un team di persone, facendo da collante tra i reparti Sales/After Sales e l'area della documentazione tecnica con focus: soddisfazione dei clienti in temi di: tempistiche, costi e qualità della documentazione tecnica, pianificando, gestendo e monitorando le varie attività in base alle richieste trasversali che il team, di cui da Luglio 2020 sono responsabile, deve evadere per tutte le aziende della Company per cui lavoro e i loro clienti
