At a Glance: • Professional engineer with 15+ years of experience in Finance and Supply Chain within the biotech industry (Amgen) • Good knowledge Supply Chain processes and systems • Good analytical skills and structural and accurate way of working • Positive attitude, high working standards, highly motivated, ambitious / strong drive • Provides expertise in subject area to teams, functions or organizations & provides guidance in design and implementation of organization-wide projects and systems • Leads with positive attitude, motivates teams, drives collaboration & integrates well with key stakeholders Experience: • Education – Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management Science at the Eindhoven University of Technology, The Netherlands (focus Supply Chain mgmt.) • Started after my Internship within Amgen as a Financial Analyst and later on as a Business Analysis Manager to ensure a strong financial background • Returned to the Supply Chain world in Sep’10 responsible for long and midterm capacity analysis on strategic resources and making recommendations for Sr management & Super User of Rapid Response planning system • In Oct’11 I started to lead the product planner group • Transferred in Dec’13 to ATO as a Global Network Planning working with product planners and sites to ensure supply of product across Amgen’s manufacturing network • Led multiple projects from syringe prioritization meetings to planning cycle improvement and Enhanced Detailed Scheduling project (part of SC Segmentation) • In May’17 started to lead the GNP and R2C2 group • In Nov’18 promoted to Director Global Network Planning. Orchestrating Amgen’s midterm and long-range scenario planning process and leading monthly Operation Supply Governance with OLT • In May’21 moved to Global Product Planning to lead a team of 20+ supply chain professionals ac-countable for end-to-end demand & supply planning oversight • In Aug’22 acting as the interim lead for the Global Supply Planning organization, a team of 90 FTEs, which includes leadership of the Global Commercial Product Planning, Global Network Planning, Partnership Supply, Global Artwork, Digital Platforms, Master Data/Life Cycle Change Control and Variation Management teams • In Jan’23 promoted to Executive Director Regional Supply Chain EMEA, leading the Customer Facing Supply Chain for region Europe, Middle East, Africa, Emerging Europe, Turkey, and Russia, responsible for the Integrated Business Planning Process, Product Portfolio Management and E2E Value Chain Optimization.
