About Marco Berti
After a 20+ years international career as a management consultant specialized in organizational development and strategy, with relevant experience in executive education, after completing a PhD in management at UTS I have become a full time academic, with a specific interest in organizational studies. In my teaching, research and engagement, both innovation and social justice are central. I lecture in management consulting, transition management and leadership, using experiential learning methods (including supporting real organizations in 'live projects'). My current research interests focus on organizational paradox theory (a field in which I've been publishing extensively), the study of how organization members deal with persistent contradictions, such as that between creativity and standardization, change and stability, control and delegation
