As a member of the leadership team in Bip’s Industrial Manufacturing & Automotive Business area, Marco is responsible for sales and delivery activities. His extensive knowledge of industrial processes and IT applications enables him to support clients in tackling the challenges of digitalization and seizing opportunities offered by technological innovation. He excels in aligning the operational and strategic needs of organizations with the most effective technological solutions. With a comprehensive approach that spans from defining the IT roadmap to its implementation, Marco plays a key role in enhancing companies' competitiveness and fostering sustainable growth. His pragmatic, result-oriented approach is distinguished by a clear focus on defining and monitoring timelines, costs, and organizational changes throughout the transformation process. This expertise stems from his extensive experience managing complex transformation programs. Prior to joining Bip, Marco worked with major system integration players as a project and program manager, leading ERP and Analytics solution implementation projects based on SAP Technology.
