Senior Network Manager with over 20 years of multi-brand professional experience in the design, implementation and management of campus/datacenter network infrastructures such as LAN, WAN, WLAN, etc. with particular attention to issues such as efficiency, security and business continuity. Consolidated experience of various network devices (switches, routers, balancers, proxies, firewalls, vpn, waf, dns, dhcp, ipam, etc.) Consolidated experience in coordinating heterogeneous teams of specialists in different areas (Network, Security, Telephony, Collaboration, etc.). The need to simultaneously manage different projects and activities has allowed me to develop excellent coordination skills of the work groups assigned to me, defining priorities and delegating activities based on the skills and aptitudes of the collaborators. I have good skills in drafting technical, procedural and project documentation. I am able to operate in high-stress situations and in non-standard time conditions. Tennis is a "mental" sport that requires constant commitment, where you are constantly under pressure and during sudden actions you need to make immediate decisions and build the game to try to put your opponent in difficulty. Practicing tennis helps me improve stress management and better develop qualities such as passion, adaptability, determination, resilience, concentration and leadership. I previously practiced volleyball at a competitive level with which I understood the importance of sharing and teamwork to achieve common goals, improving my aptitude for coordination and cohesion of work groups.
