My career has taken me across several countries in Europe, Asia, and America, helping me develop a culturally attuned, collaborative approach to leadership and change management. Currently, I lead the Sales and Operations Planning process in the Gas Technology Equipment organization, supporting my company’s mission to deliver safer, cleaner, and more efficient energy for people and the planet. My approach is deeply data-driven and insight-oriented; I prioritize building robust datasets to inform decision-making, reduce inefficiencies, and drive operational excellence. As an advocate for innovation and growth, I continually seek ways to expand the technical and strategic capabilities of my teams. My leadership style is defined by my commitment to creating predictable and scalable operations. I focus on synchronizing supply chain, engineering, and procurement functions, ensuring high revenue predictability, on-time delivery, and scalable capacity.
