Export Sales Manager and Business Developer As an Export Sales Manager I am responsible for managing the sale of products and services to customer in foreign countries. Responsible of- the business development of ESIM S.r.l, research of potential markets to identify new leads- identifying potential customers in the targeted markets and complete appropriate research on the prospective customers in business and equipement needs- representing the company during personal meeting and business visits- building, developing and maintaining successful relationships with existing and prospective customers- negotiating contract terms with customers and communicate terms to stakeholders- the collaboration with design and production teams to ensure contracted product specifications are executed on-time and as agreed- evaluating the compliance with legal, financial aspects and/or ethical restrictions on international trading- examination and evaluation of the Tender document and management of offers in response to requests from customers located in all geographical areas in which the company operates- Plan and monitor bid preparation activities with legal and financial risk assessment (including country risk)- Drafting of the integrated cost analysis - Gap Analysis. Personal Qualities and Skills - Became a subject matter expert on company products, processes and operations, and remain up-to-date on industry news- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation of group presentations- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point- Innovation and problem-solving skills that include the ability to develop and propose equipement-based solutions for customers.
