About Marco Cavallini

My professional experience in Retail is characterized by a constant evolution: starting from in-training Store Manager to becoming a Retail Manager. I spent 6 years on the floor organizing daily activities and utilizing all the company resources to meet the needs of the client as well as growing the numbers. For the following 7 years I worked as Retail Area Manager which ultimately led to my promotion as Retail Manager. I have always focused my attention on the people I work with and their professional development through motivation and creating an open atmosphere by resolving challenges and conflict using all the resources available to me. I gained experience in managing mono brand distribution both in direct operated stores and franchising stores (flagship stores, factory outlet stores and concessions) as well as all the necessary business activities from selling the collection and order management to execution at retail.
