I am a strategic education and workforce innovation leader with a cross-sector portfolio spanning AI-integrated training, pedagogical reform, international partnerships, and aviation workforce strategy. As a Senior Lecturer and Partnerships Lead, I have driven global collaborations and institutional growth while shaping inclusive, competency-based curricula aligned with ICAO’s NGAP and CBTA priorities. My research focuses on education management, curriculum leadership, and applied AI in professional training, with an emphasis on neurodiversity, strategic adaptation, and transnational stakeholder governance. I have presented at ICAO, contributed to global policy dialogues, and published on aviation safety, decision-making frameworks, and cross-sector training resilience. With over a decade of experience across academia and industry, including my former role as an international airline pilot, I bring a practitioner’s insight and systems-level mindset to innovation, policy, and pedagogy.
