About Marco Chiarelli
Reporting directly to the Group's COO, I’m responsible for leading Supply Chain and Sales and Operations Planning (S & OP) process of the Group. The aim is to optimize the overall Supply Chain model and process, in particular forecasting/demand planning, supply planning, production planning, call off, service and stock levels. Responsible for planning teams of Italian production sites in San Clemente (RN), Cuvio (VA) and Bistagno (AL) and coordinating in a functional reporting line S & OP teams in Sao Paolo and Amiens as well as subsidiaries with warehouses. Responsible for managing the launch, planning and distribution processes for all the Brands of the Group. Collaboration with other functions (purchasing, IT, Marketing, Sales, Finance at local and global level) to achieve high demand accuracy level with an efficient inventory management. Project leader for the development and implementation of a corporate planning tool dedicated to demand and supply planning cycles.
