I lead cross-functional and multi-cultural teams of 40+ members and manage the communication between Senior Executives, General Managers, Marketing, R&D, Purchasing, Logistics, Finance, HSE and Administration. Passionate about making things happen, I work using a structured approach still keeping a flexible attitude.
