About Marco Colombo

During my career I developed a strong experience in programming and IT Business Analysis. This now allows me to be part of high-level decision-making teams to help improve business processes by trying to adopt simple solutions to customer satisfaction. I'm involved in projects that have an impact on all sites in the national territory and in corporate projects that fit me into European work teams. As part of projects involving the most diverse business processes, over time I have gained experience in many areas and have been able to improve my communication skills both towards the user and management. I carry out projects in total autonomy, starting from the initial study until final release and go live: I analyze the project from the macro level to the detail, I organize project time plan, I choose and manage the resources which I think will be needed (both internal and external), if necessary I evaluate contracts with product providers, I supervise the testing phase, I certify the final user satisfaction. My focal points: communication skills, knowledge of business flows, propensity to problem solving, leadership.
