About Marco Conti

I am an International Buyer with experience in the DIY, Hardware and Small Appliance areas of expertise. During my career, I developed negotiation skills that allowed me to manage important brands (such as Hyundai Power Products, Polar, and Vinco) at 360 degrees, following the products from production in China to the shelves in the stores. I consider myself as a positive, motivated person, passionate about my work, always interested on improving my personal and professional growth. I like to get to know well the products I buy and to test them directly, which gives me a little extra kick when I have the opportunity to present and sell them to customers. In fact, in recent years, I often had the opportunity to play both roles as buyer and seller on the market completing my professional training, which includes experiences in Australia from 2009 to 2014, and I developed an excellent knowledge of English language and culture. I am used to travel often in order to reach the production sites and I know my way around China pretty well. It is my habit to find the underlying cause of technical issues and to reach the right balance on quality/price ratio needed to obtain the required sell-out standards and stock rotation.
