ITALIAN : Durante la mia carriera ho lavorato molto sulla relazione con clienti generando buoni risultati non solo in termini di fatturato ma anche di servizio e supporto per molte attività correlate al business stesso. Tra queste attività sicuramente è importante citare un determinante supporto presso l’utente finale necessario a fornire competenze e supporto di tipo progettuale. Ritengo importante lavorare in sinergia assieme a business partner e utente finale in modo da creare un gioco di squadra estremamente qualitativo. Inoltre con i business partner sono state seguite in modo diretto molte attività marketing e di formazione necessarie a dare un concreto valore aggiunto. ENGLISH : During my career i have worked deeply on partners’s relations, generating good results not only in terms of revenue but also service and support related to other business activities. Among those activities it's important to mention a very important end user support to give projecting competences and support. I think it’s very important work together with business partner and the end user to create a team work extremely qualitative. Even though the business partner has been given in a direct way a lot of marketing and educational/formation activities necessaries to get a surplus value. All the activities required a constant relation with suppliers from all kind of professional roles.
