About Marco Daolio
Geologist, MSc in Earth Sciences at the University of Milan. My interests include environmental and structural geology with geostatistical applications. During my studies I worked with INGV of Catania, performing sampling campaigns of volcanic soil gasses in order to evaluate their differential migration to the surface and infer the presence of active faults, covered by recent volcanic activity. I also have a postgraduate degree in Environmental Geotechnology, focused on management and remediation of contaminated sites. During the course related internship, I worked within Arcadis Italia S.r.l. cooperating in the organization of environmental monitoring activities of contaminated sites, a collaboration renewed for the total duration of 1 year. Currently I hold the position of Environmental Geologist at Aecom Italia S.p.A, where I follow different environmental procedures of contaminated sites related to gas stations.
