I am a Finance director with experience in coordination and supervision of all aspects of accounting, tax, control and financial management in a multinational company environment. My most recent assignment is Director of National Accounting Centers EMEA; in this role I lead the corporate country finance organization in Europe. Prior to this, responsibilities and achievements during a 15-years experience in the different roles have been- Deliver accurate and reliable financial reporting under US and Italian accounting principles- Manage all finance areas, coordinating up to 35 people- Reorganize and optimize finance organization at country level, including integration of finance activities from acquisitions- Contribute to implement and upgrade ERP; contribute to M&A and to corporate reorganization projects. Familiar with extraordinary operations, such as merger, demerger, sale of going concern, and with corporate governance activities. I had a 5 years experience in auditing in a ‘big four’ firm.
