Full Professor of Enzymatic Technology for Food Industry and Oenology (Department of Agriculture and Forestry Science-DAFNE) at Università degli studi della Tuscia (Viterbo, Italy), I’ve experience in team management (currently responsible for a team of 8 people), in the management and evaluation of innovation projects and industrial food development.
