Responsibility of RAMS and EMC/EMI parameters target and Requirement, Configuration, Interface management • Project Integration management: Responsibility of managing internal and external interfaces during the whole project flow, definition of Roles & Responsibility & Processes • Very strong expertise in Projects of Signalling Railway System (SIL4): system integration with ETCS L2, ETCS L1, Italian and British signalling logic • Ability to work in international environment leading cross functional teams of different sites/countries • Cost & budget and cash flow monitor and control. Risk analysis, definition and implementation of mitigation plans. Technical analysis and management of contractual variations and claims/opportunities • Technical coordination of domestic and international Suppliers: monitoring integration, schedule and budget. Coordination for safety and homologation approval of the new products supplied in new markets
