I have shown myself to be self-motivated, committed and determined in achieving my goals, come what may. I have also demonstrated negotiating and organizing skills, a firm sense of responsibility and my capacity to work hard under pressure. I possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and am able to relate to a wide range of people, as proven by my varied work experiences I have a plenty experience in flow cytometry, blood smear and haematology for leukaemia diagnosis with BD FACS Calibur flow cytometer. I have gained this experience during post graduate specialization study for 3 years and after as a voluntary service for two years. With 5 years of experience in the haematology and pathology departments of Arezzo hospital and University of Florence, I am able to resolve problems to ensure the efficiency and accuracy of department operations. In particular, I have reviewed and revised operating procedures and instrumentation settings in the haematology laboratory in particular automatic smear and staining instruments.
