Project Management Officer with 8 years experience in managing and monitoring a number of European territorial cooperation projects under different programmes in the field of energy efficiency & renewables; green finance schemes & public policies; sustainable tourism & heritage. The opportunity to develop and control all the phases of a project has allowed me to gain a multilayered background, both in the beginning phase of project preparation and the whole implementation process- Writing and submitting shared international project proposals - Building partnership and networking; engaging public and private stakeholders - Managing public relations; attending and organising international work meetings - Preparing technical reports in line with my area of expertise: surveys preparation and data collection; quantitative/qualitative analysis to illustrate results; socio-economic & environmental impact assessment - Financial management including budgeting, bookkeeping, accounting, file & office administration - Web content editing, press release and project dissemination activities I consider myself a detail-oriented professional with an internal drive to deliver excellence in all the duties I am responsible for.
