About Marco Grigoletti

When people ask me what I’m expert in doing, the best sentence I find is “Transforming Communications Service Providers”. The result of my work are new business and operating models, Network/IT/Cloud technologies and capabilities, to enable new product and services and excellence in Telcos. I love my work as it’s always connected to the value I can build and leave to my clients and the people I work with. I began my career starting up organization, processes and technologies of new entrant Telcos, when the market was deregulated in Europe in late 90’s. After that I’ve been always in transformation programs for many CSPs globally. In the last 10 years I’ve been leading Industry Consulting and Industry Cloud global organizations in Accenture. I live in Milano, with Lucia and our two amazing daughters. I really like reading, mostly literature and philosophy. I love sport, of course like most of Italians primarily football, but you’ll find me doing all the sports I can over the Alps (running, hiking, cycling, skiing, climbing). My favorite place to forget everything is Dolomites.
