About Marco Lelli

Career in Unilever, mainly in Marketing with on top a significant experirience in sales as Trade Marketing Manager. I worked on some of the biggest and strongest Brands of the FMCG : Svelto, Mentadent, Dove, Lysoform, Cif. Great move into the Pharmaceutical Market thanks to the Experience in Novartis Consumer Health. The business unit was part of an international organization aimed to coordinate and to make a real "step chenge" in managing global brands within novartis portfolio. With the "Voltaren" i had the possibility to work on a real "marketing best case " in terms of successfully brand streching from RX to OTC brand. Zambon is the latest part of my career path, giving me the possibility to manage at 360° a mixed portfolio RX and OTC and to deeper understand key aspects and the future trend for Pharmaceutilcal marketing ( e.i. new channel for doctor detailing, added value servicies for professionals, synergic multitarget initiatives toward,doctor/pharmacist/consumers,how to innovate in "no drug" market.). To be appreciated the great flexibility and the potential speed of action of an healthy and passionate "medium size" familiar company!
