About Marco Menon

Specialist with experience in data-driven decision-making and business-critical analytics, currently working in the Wealth & Asset Management division at Prometeia, a fintech consultancy. I combine a strong quantitative background (MSc in Quantitative Finance) with hands-on experience across data engineering, data analysis, workflow automation, AI, and cloud-based analytics. I've been involved in end-to-end projects, from building cloud-native data solutions to redesigning production processes and migrating legacy pipelines to modern infrastructures. I’ve led the development of internal tools and collaborated with both technical and business stakeholders to deliver value. I enjoy talking directly with stakeholders (clients, teams), aligning people around goals, and executing with precision, autonomy and energy.
