About Marco Monselesan

Starting on october 2002 I began to work on NPLs and Real Estate portfolios in S.I.B. S.p.A. My activities was to check the process of NPL recoveries from auction and DPO activities managing a network of 11 indipendent professionists located in the most populated provinces of Triveneto (North Italy). From 2003 I continued to add experiences on my professional figure by working on the construction on business plan of acquisition and managing for NPL/RE assests portolios. Once ended the experience in S.I.B. S.p.A. I continued to accive profesionality working in Gruppo Immobiliare Paulin and then in Fin.Service S.p.A; in the first the activities I done was mostly related to managing RE portfolios, in Fin.Service I manged NPLs portfolio by check the acquisition and managing process for the credits recoveries (auctio/DPO/credit cession). My biggest goals are related to the experience in Fin.Service S.p.A. where in 2 years of activity I contributed to the acquisition and managing of 6 NPLs portofolios with gross book value around 130 milions euro. Related to this acquisition another goal is that I've been involved in the securitization process of all those credits owned by the vehicle Alfa Skye S.r.l.
