The Export Manager is the professional figure who has the task of developing the foreign market of the company for which he works. Its main task is to choose new potential foreign markets and to develop the most effective strategies for the entry and consolidation of the company presence in the identified countries. It defines the lines of action according to the export policy directives set by the company management, identifies and selects the main business opportunities, programs and coordinates the promotion plan on the international market. WHAT DOES • coordinates the international activities of the company as the entry and the affirmation of its products / services in new markets; • defines the policies and commercial actions for the development of the foreign market; • designs and organizes the product / service distribution network in the foreign country; • identifies the distributors allocated within the various European and non-European countries; • manages sales; • performs the analysis of the competition and evaluates further the commercial initiatives on the distribution network to increase turnover; • stipulates and maintains commercial and institutional agreements with local partners
