I’m an Aeronautical Engineer used to work with challenging production targets and needs of maximizing plant efficiency. I have more than 15 years experience in new product introduction, manufacturing and process improvement in consumer and industrial market. I spent more than 9 years working in multinational companies, where I develop very good communication skills with people from different cultures and a strong experience dealing with Far East suppliers and manufacturing sites. I develop a good knowledge in the production field and I am used to multi-project environment. I work daily on process issues in order to guarantee product quality and reliability, reducing costs and improving machines efficiency.
