About Marco Pinelli

I am a Civil Engineer specialized in Hydraulic discipline. My approach to work challenges is mainly task oriented, exploiting existing skills, channeling resources, according to given goals and targets. In order to best deal with responsibilities and to achieve the objectives, I rely on my wide range of technical skills and on my hard-work attitude. Even in multitasking and stressful situations, I am fully capable of taking autonomous decisions and efficiently apply my problem solving skills. I am highly motivated and dedicated both in ordinary activities and in challenging tasks. I always provide results in due time. I really enjoy being part of a working group and I am very good at managing, motivating and training a productive team, also making use of my relational abilities.
