About Marco Rivera

From optimizing multi-billion-dollar portfolios to transforming financial planning processes, my journey in finance has been defined by delivering measurable business impact and enabling strategic growth. Over the past decade, I have led forecasting, P&L oversight, and capital planning across $600M+ operating expense portfolios, providing actionable insights that influence investment decisions and elevate enterprise performance. Partnering with senior leaders, I’ve executed revenue management and pricing strategies for $4.8B+ national customer portfolios, optimized resource allocation, and enhanced cash flow and working capital. My experience spans driving cost efficiency, leading high-performing teams, and implementing scalable reporting frameworks that connect finance with business strategy. I thrive at the intersection of data, strategy, and leadership—mentoring teams, analyzing trends, and championing process improvements to ensure finance not only supports but drives organizational success. Whether it’s enhancing financial accountability, executing transformation initiatives, or guiding strategic decisions, my mission remains clear: maximize value, enable growth, and turn financial insights into tangible business outcomes.
