About Marco Sanchez

I have over 4 years of experience working in administrative and human resources. Currently, I work as the Military Personnel Flight's Force Management Supervisor, providing administrative support to over 4,500 military and civilian personnel. Previously, I was a Career Development Technician at McConnell AFB, where I drafted and processed retention contracts for all military personnel and analyzed reports for discrepancies. I worked with Commanders to develop career information and motivation programs and managed the selective reenlistment and career airman reenlistment reservation programs. I am currently attending Arizona State University pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. I also hold a certificate in Drafting with AutoCAD, that I earned in 2014 from College of the Sequoias. I am a team player and my time in the military has allowed me to hone my communcations skills, both written and verbal. I am proficient in Microsoft Office and am able to adapt in any work environment.
