Over the past two decades with Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants, I have served as General Manager across multiple award-winning properties and now oversee a regional portfolio of luxury lifestyle hotels across Southern California totaling more than rooms and over $120M in annual revenue. My leadership focus centers on financial performance, brand integrity, executive team development, and elevating boutique luxury positioning in competitive urban and resort markets. I bring extensive experience working with ownership groups, navigating complex asset structures, and driving operational strategies that strengthen profitability, enhance guest experience, and support long-term asset value. My background includes leadership across union and non-union environments, multi-property portfolios, and high-profile urban and resort luxury assets.
