About Marco Spada

I hold a Master's Degree in Organisational and Marketing Psychology from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, as well as a CIPD Certificate in Human Resource Management. With this educational background, I possess a solid foundation in both the theory and practice of HR and recruitment. Currently, I have been leading a team of 2 recruiters at Concentrix. In my role, on our 4 sites in Italy, I coordinate the full-cycle recruitment of new hires, as well as other EMEA locations. I always prioritize meeting deadlines and ensuring a great candidate experience. Between 2022 and 2023 we hired more than a thousand new colleagues across our sites. I am deeply passionate about finding and attracting the best talent. I value diversity, collaboration, and innovation and strive to incorporate these values into my work whenever possible. Additionally, I am proficient in Italian, English, and Spanish.
