As AVG's Founder and Managing Partner, I work alongside a talented team of former Big Four professionals, providing financial and management (cost) accounting solutions custom tailored to the unique needs of the construction industry. Our firm also supports clients with HR, IT, and legal services, ensuring seamless back-office operational efficiency. Prior to launching AVG I spent 20 years at PwC, retiring in 2016 as a Global Relationship Partner. At PwC I oversaw, audited or was otherwise involved in the construction accounting for large, international clients such as Bombardier, Nissan, WeWork and Exxon/Mobil. Specifically, my prior experience includes multiple mega-projects (projects exceeding $1 billion USD). Factories for LearJet and Nissan, for example. AVG Partners and Staff are certified on construction-centric platforms such as Procore, Buildertrend, and Intuit Enterprise Suite for Contractors. Our mission is to empower homebuilders, developers and contractors with strategic financial insights and scalable back-office solutions, helping them maximize profitability and, where desired, achieve sustainable Our back-office operations are separated into three teams: Real Estate Developers, Homebuilders and Commercial/Civil General Contractors.
