About Marco Vienna

I found my passion for entrepreneurship and investing growing up in Palo Alto. I originally moved to Boulder to get my undergraduate degree and move back to Silicon Valley. However, I ultimately did neither because I quickly realized I was learning more outside of school building companies and I fell in love with the Boulder startup ecosystem.I withdrew from college to help start and scale Kickfurther, where people earn money by investing in the inventory and purchase orders of scaling product businesses. We were named the fastest growing company in Boulder three quarters in a row and raised our seed round from Tim Draper. While at Kickfurther, I was a key part in generating dozens of millions of dollars of deal flow. The company continues to grow today. I attempted a couple of other startup investment platforms, and while Kickfurther was the success story, I learned just as much from the other attempts. I then made the transition to real estate investment and development as the first hire at Four Points Funding, which also required a move to the mountains. To this day our investment thesis is focused on multifamily housing and outdoor hospitality across emerging communities in Colorado. Many of these communities are located in more rural areas surrounding where I now live - Summit County. I also serve on the Summit Economic Partnership board, which is a non-profit focused on economic development across my county. Whether its while backcountry skiing or in a meeting, I'm best at coherently and passionately gathering people around a common goal.
