I can work with anyone, as part of any team, contributing my skills and experiences – while encouraging my team members to do the same – to strive for a common goal. This ability has translated well across multiple industries. I’ve been a Serviceman at Paicentini & Son – Mining & Earth Moving since 2007 and have also spent time as a computer technician, manufacturing supervisor, and forklift driver, and in each position, the key to my success and enjoyment of my job was a strong focus on teamwork. I like clocking in, I like interacting with my coworkers and clients, and I like knowing when I do my part each day, it makes someone’s day better – my company, teammates, or customers. Every day is different and brings its own set of circumstances. But that’s part of the challenge, and I enjoy it. I know as long as I’m doing my part and encouraging people around me to do theirs, no obstacles can keep my team from attaining uncommon results.
