Managed the implementation of the application for CMS Medicare (EDPS) reporting. Created maps for the extraction of data for the reporting of CMS Encounter data into the EDI 837 format. Designed and built the architecture to support the submission and reconciliation of the CMS Medicare (EDPS) reporting process. Created process controls to ensure the to manage the flow of files between the adjudicator and CMS. Operational control of all the daily CMS Medicare (EDPS) submission activities. Analyze and consult with CSSC Palmetto and internal resources to resolve rejects and all discrepancy types for resubmission Designed multiple internal and external reports to assist in the Tracking and Performance reporting of Encounter data. Analyzed trading partner EDI, XML and Flat-file documents. Effectively communicated with client and internal resources to answer and resolve systems/application processes, needs and issues. Identified operational enhancements that effected process work flows to support new and established client business activities to improve the ongoing product.
