20+ years of education experience. 12 years in Higher Education as an undergraduate and graduate Professor, Researcher and Vice President. He has strong social justice commitment collaborating/co-founding Civil Society Organizations in Mexico on topics such as HIV, human rights, incarcerated services, government accountability/transparency, democracy, and peacebuilding.
